I’m reading today from Divine Science Daily Studies by Emmet Fox, 1886–1951 author and Divine Science minister, New York City

Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you. –Matthew 7:6

Intelligence is just as essential a part of the Christian message as is love. God is love, but God is also infinite intelligence, and unless these two qualities are balanced in our lives, we do not get wisdom; for wisdom is the perfect blending of intelligence and love. Love without intelligence may do much undesigned harm—and intelligence without love may [result] in clever cruelty. All true Christian activity will express wisdom.

Never rely upon your own judgment to say who is ready for the Truth and who is not; but rely for guidance upon the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. If you are praying regularly every day for wisdom and fresh opportunities for service, the right people will be brought to you.

The quickest way to spread the Truth is by living the life yourself. Then people will notice the change in you, and they will come round of their own accord, begging [you] to share your secret.

Affirm: Today I pray for wisdom and opportunities to love.

Meditation - Wisdom

We will now go into meditation on wisdom. I invite us to turn inward to our Holy Temple, that sacred place within us, and say, I acknowledge God as my very breath; the life giving breath. I breathe in the Divine Presence of God. Every breath giving life to every cell.

God a living infinite presence is here, now and everywhere. This Infinite Presence expresses intelligence and love as wisdom. I as an expression of this Infinite Presence have the capacity to give expression to love and intelligence as wisdom. In the stillness of mind, I listen and hear the gentle voice of wisdom, and I let this voice guide my way as a shining bright light glowing and growing from within my heart, and radiating my whole being.

I am an open vessel of love and light. (Repeat)

Infinite wisdom outpours everywhere through all creation. Bringing balance and harmony as a beautiful masterpiece. Every universe, galaxy, solar system, planet is a masterpiece. All of life invisible and visible is a masterpiece. I am a masterpiece of God, and by extension I too bring ideas into a myriad of beautiful creative forms. I now rest as an open vessel to receive the Wisdom of God. (Silence)

As we bring our attention back let the joy of gratitude fill our hearts. With a full heart I say, Thank you, God. So it is, Amen!
