Meditation
Wed Evenings: Chakra Meditation or Divine Science Contemplative Meditation
At this time, we are alternating these two variations of meditation:
The Chakra meditation is guided. We focus on each of the 7 major Chakras. Through an expanded consciousness we connect to our upper Chakras, "as above so below" bringing forth their higher energy into our energetic body. This prepares our consciousness to enter the Silence for communion of mind in Omnipresence - Infinite Spirit.
The Divine Science Contemplative Meditation is guided. We focus on an attribute of the Divine Presence to expand our awareness. This prepares the consciousness to enter the Silence for communion in Omnipresence of the Infinite Spirit we call God.
