Reading & Meditation (Now) Rev. Christine Emmerling DD 10/13/2024

Today I’m sharing from the Divine Science Daily Studies volume II. This reading is written by Lucille Frederick.

“Behold, I will do a new thing... I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.” Isaiah 43:19

Does regret bind you in the past? Dear friend, heed these paraphrased words of the Scriptures, “Today is the day that the Lord has made; rejoice and be exceedingly glad.”

The past is but a shadow on the screen of time. It will cast-long or short shadows according to your emotional-mental projector. The past played its part in bringing you to your present understanding; therefore, it had its place in your unfoldment. Name it “good.”

Labor not in the regret of that which was or might have been. To do so is to allow the long shadow of regret to darken your today. Today offers you everything. It is a fresh beginning with new opportunities, new friends, new horizons.

You live and love and have your being I the now of an omnipresent God; in the now of an omniscient God; in the now of an omnipotent god. You live in Omni-action!

Let this day be dedicated to him. Let your prayer be: Father, from this day forward I live in the now of your Presence. I bless the past and I release it in the good that is now. Thank you, Father.

Meditation

We shall now move into a meditation on “Now.” Let us turn inward to our holy temple connecting mind and heart as one.

The Omnipresence of God is now. The Omniscience of God is now. The Omnipotence of God is now. Now is all there is. There is only the present moment that ever exists. I am completely in and of God now. Therefore, I am here now. I am experiencing God now.

I am Infinite Love now.

I am Infinite Wisdom now.

I am Infinite Knowledge now.

I am Infinite Understanding now.

I am Infinite Power now.

I am Infinite Life now.

I am Infinite Joy now. (Repeat)

This wondrous whole universe is in a constant state of nowness. Each moment new, a new expression. Our universe is constantly being renewed moment to moment. As above, so below... Our body is constantly being renewed moment to moment. Each moment I am a new expression. Every instant, atoms and molecules are being replaced. This moment I am new now. This moment I am new now. (Silence)

Let us take a moment to let the joy of gratitude fill our hearts. Thank you, Divine Presence, for these moments of Oneness. So it is, Amen.
