Today my reading is from the Come Unto Me volume 3 The Christ by Malinda Cramer founder of Divine Science.

Putting on the New Man

Since that which is eternal is truth, temporary appearances are false. Since that which is eternal is real, temporary appearances must be unreal. Since that which is eternal is substance, temporary appearances must be shadow. Then the new man is the man of truth; the old man is the man of falsehood. The new man is the real man; the old man is the unreal. The new man is the man of substance; the old man is the man of shadow.

To put off the old man is to cease thinking death, falsehood, ignorance, hate or weakness; to put on the new man is to think life, truth and understanding, love and strength. To put off the old man is to cease thinking fear, doubt or prejudice or aversion; to put on the new man is thinking knowledge, faith and universal love - without respect to person. To put off the old man is to cease thinking revenge or cruelty, disease or evil; to put on the new man is thinking justice, mercy, harmony and charity. To put off the old man is to refrain from judging according to the senses; to put on the new man is to judge according to the Spirit.

To put away lying is to put away all conversation about being temporary. To speak the truth with each other is to converse about being that which is eternal. To be in error is to believe that we are mortal. To be in truth is to know that we are immortal.

Meditation - Immortality

We shall now move into meditation on “Immortality” Let us turn inward to our holy temple, breathe deeply and slowly, and quiet our thoughts. As I speak to take these words within for yourself.

Omnipresence - Infinite Spirit everywhere, eternally present. This Infinite Living Spirit is good, is love, is consciousness, and is all. I am one with this Living Spirit of God, of good, love and consciousness. In truth there is only Oneness, and I am of this Oneness. Every aspect of my being; mind, body and soul are of this Infinite Oneness. I am of all this grandness and goodness. I am God’s creation, a living expression of God, the good, the immortal.

I am living immortal Spirit. (Repeat)

What is true of God is true of me and of all God’s creation. I affirm the truth of being whole, perfect and complete. All creation even the invisible aspects are of love. The invisible power of love is the glue, adhesion, and force that creates and holds God’s creation all together today and forever. This entire universe, all universes and those yet to come are immortal creations of God’s love expressing life and more life. (Silence)

We give thanks for these moments in silence. We are grateful for this truth and in our expanded awareness of At-one-ment. Thank you, Divine Presence of God. Amen.
