Good morning! This is Rev Teresa. I have a reading for you today from the October 17th

Divine Science Daily Study titled: THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD

Without light there would be no life, and without intelligence there would be no progress in that life.

In metaphysics, Light is recognized as meaning Spirit; Understanding; Intelligence; an aspect of God. When we understand something, we say, “I see!” Yet the seeing is not a visual experience, but an inner perception.

Physicists know light as a form of energy; metaphysicians perceive the Creator as the Intelligent Energy within all life.

In the Bible, the word Light refers to God-activity; the movement of Intelligence in us; the manifestation of Deity in all life.

The recognition, from earliest times, that there were two powers of light—that of the sun and that which was held, unquenchable, within man as Spirit—is echoed today by scientists who tell us that we are made up of vibrating energy. Our universe consists of visible and invisible light; of audible and inaudible music, or sound.

We find ourselves, our true selves, in Spirit, Energy, Light; in God, our Creator.

Meditation:

Now I invite you to prepare to go within for a short time of meditation, letting go of any worries or concerns for this time, getting comfortable, closing your eyes with your inner gaze raised to the center of the forehead, turning your attention to your breath, gently noticing the in-breath and the out-breath… feeling the coolness of the in-breath and the warmth of the out-breath… allowing the breath to sink down into the belly with each in-breath… expanding the belly with each in-breath and contracting the belly with each out-breath… coming into the present moment through the breath now, completely awake and aware…

Spirit is Light…

I am a manifestation of Spirit…

Therefore I am a being of Light…

Divine Light illumines every cell of my body with perfect Divine Health and Wholeness…

I am a being of Divine Light…

My Creator is Intelligent Energy…

I am a manifestation of Intelligent energy…

Therefore I am a being of Intelligent energy…

Intelligent energy enlivens my physical body…

Intelligent energy forms my astral body…

Intelligent energy is the blueprint of my causal body…

God activity is active in every part of me, body, mind and soul…

The vibrating energy of Spirit is the Light of my life…

I Am Spirit Being, vibrating to the cosmic tune of Divine Life…

In Truth, I Am Spirit, Energy, and Light…

We let go into one minute of silence now, feeling the vibration and the Light within…

Now, having rested in the silence, I invite you to bring yourself back to awareness of the body, feeling the vibration of Spirit within you and the glow of the Divine Light that you are. Let your light shine for all to see! You are a bright blessing!
