Good Morning! This is Rev. Teresa. I have a reading for you today from the March 24th Divine Science Daily Study titled:

Love’s Presence in All

When people perceive reality through the lens of duality, they feel compelled to claim that God is exclusively on their side—the side of absolute rightness and divine favor. This perspective assumes an inherent division between good and evil, leading them to see those who think or believe differently as adversaries, separate from the Divine.

The moment we insist that God is only with us, we create the illusion that others must be against both us and the Divine. This mindset fosters fear, judgment, and separation—barriers to the true understanding of Love’s presence in all.

Meditation

Now I invite you to prepare to go within for a short time of meditation, letting go of worries or concerns for this time, getting comfortable, closing your eyes with your inner gaze raised to the center of the forehead, turning your attention to your breath, gently noticing the in-breath and the out-breath…feeling the coolness of the in-breath and the warmth of the out-breath… allowing the breath to sink down into the belly with each in-breath… expanding the belly with each in-breath and contracting the belly with each out-breath… coming into the present moment through the breath now, completely awake and aware…

I Am a Divine Expression of God, perfect, whole and complete…

I live and move and have my being in God…

I am never separate from God; I am always one with God…

I live and move and have my being in God…

This world is God’s Divine Expression…

God has created all beings perfect, whole and complete…

All beings live and move and have their being in God…

God’s creation is a creation of oneness…

I am one with all beings…

God has created humanity in oneness, harmony and love…

Any belief in separation is error thinking…

I see only oneness, harmony and love…

Divine Love is fully present in me …

Divine Harmony is fully present in me…

I see the Divine in all beings…

When I look into the eyes of another being I see the Divine Light shining out…

We are one in Divine Love…

We are one in Divine Harmony…

We are one in Divine Peace…

We are one…

Now we go into the Silence for one minute, breathing in oneness…

Now having rested in the silence, I invite you to bring yourself back to awareness of the body, feeling refreshed by the time in silence. As you go about your day, see the light of the Divine in the eyes of all you encounter. Going within daily in meditation allows us to experience our oneness with God and with one another. In meditation we are immersed in Divine Love. Go within daily and ground yourself in Divine Love.
