Reading & Meditation on Allness by Rev. Christine Emmerling, D.D. 10/11/2026

Our reading for today is from Divine Science and Healing published 1902 by Malinda E. Cramer.

In the Statement of Being man is placed in his right relation to the Infinite whole–the Creator, creating and creation. All that can be said of man, in Truth, bears the same relation to the whole as does he. Through keeping the idea before us that man is consciously centered in God, that he is not destructible or corruptible Being, will bring forth true thought and realization. Hold firmly to the all-inclusive Truth of Divine Science and practice it from day to day with certainty, and from lesson to lesson as you read, re-read and study them. Realization of Unity with All Good will crown your efforts. Conviction, experienced in demonstrating Truth is certainty, nothing wavering; it is faith, rest and peace.

No man knows the things of God, save the Spirit of God within him. The Spirit of God expressed, in man, is he who understands Truth. We have found the Parent Source, as did Christ Jesus, and are at-one with it. We have not the spirit of the world, but of God, that we might know the things that we are freely given to us of God. As like comprehends like, it is necessary that the ear be opened to understand the silence–the fount of knowledge and wisdom, that we may hear the voice of the Supreme and enlighten the senses. To remove all belief in limitation, take on and believe in the limitless, is to realize that we are in the Infinite ocean of absolute and unfailing Good.

Meditation

We shall now move into a meditation on Allness. As I speak to internalize for yourself. Relax, get comfortable. As we close our eyes let us turn inward to our sacred temple. Now bring our attention to our breath as the life and breath of God, Infinite Spirit. Each breath is activating every atom and every cell with the Divine Life Force -- Pure Radiant Light -- Divine Love -- God I Am. The Omnipresence of God is right here and everywhere. I am one with this Divine Presence.

I Am one with all life everywhere. (Repeat)

I Am the living. I Am alive in every human, animal, bird, fish, insect and tiniest cell of life. This I AM.

I Am the water. I Am alive in every ocean, sea, river, lake, snowflake and raindrop. This I AM.

I Am the land. I Am alive in the towering mountains, valleys, in every grain of sand, speck of dirt, every pebble, rock, mineral, jewel and deep in the earth. This I AM.

I Am the vegetation. I Am alive in every plant, tree, flower, herb, blade of grass and seed. This I AM.

I Am the sky. I Am alive in the oxygen, wind, clouds and rainbows. This I AM.

I Am the universe: I am alive in the stars, planets, and cosmic bodies. This I AM.

I Am the Joy. I Am alive in joy, creating and being. This I AM.

Now silently go within….

Thank you God for this expanded awareness of life – Divine Life, the I Am that I Am. Now let us bring our attention back to our breath, to our body, and be fully present.
