Be persistent in prayer, and keep alert as you pray, giving thanks to God.

Omnipresent Life, flowing through and expressing as all life, we are reminded of our divine unity today. We are reminded of the joys that come from contemplating our oneness with the Source of all that is. We are reminded that Truth is not limited by vocabularies nor by traditions, but the All-in-all can be experienced by all. For this sweet communion, this universal Truth, we give thanks. 

Adonai, El Shaddai, Jehovah, Allah; Goddess, God, Higher Power, divine Mind; Mother, Father, Spirit, Holy One...the names we give you do not limit you. Love by any name is everywhere present, everlasting, and all-inclusive. And so it is that in your many names we deny fear any place in our national conversation and consciousness, and we declare that blessings are at hand for this nation, (and for all nations) for our communities, for our lives, and for our world. Therefore, we rejoice! Amen. 

God is the All-in-all, and all is well!

Meditation

Now I invite you to prepare to go within for a short time of meditation, letting go of worries or concerns for this time, getting comfortable, closing your eyes with your inner gaze raised to the center of the forehead, turning your attention to your breath, gently noticing the in-breath and the out-breath…feeling the coolness of the in-breath and the warmth of the out-breath… allowing the breath to sink down into the belly with each in-breath… expanding the belly with each in-breath and contracting the belly with each out-breath… coming into the present moment through the breath now, completely awake and aware…

I breathe in Omnipresent Life…

God is Omnipresent Life…

I am one with this Omnipresent Life…

I Am in the image and likeness of Omnipresent Life…

Omnipresent Life is perfect, whole and complete…

I Am perfect, whole and complete…

I Am Omnipresent Life…

Omnipresent Life is expressing as all life…

Omnipresent Life is expressing as all animal life…

Omnipresent Life is expressing as all plant life…

Omnipresent Life is expressing as all beings everywhere…

Omnipresent Life is the Source of all that is…

I Am blessed by Omnipresent Life, my Source…

All beings are blessed by Omnipresent Life…

As I feel Omnipresent Life surging through me, I feel such joy!…

My heart is filled with joy, joy, joy!!!…

We go into the silence within now for one minute, resting in the joy of Omnipresent Life…

Now that we have rested in the silence, I invite you to bring your awareness back to the body, feeling gratitude that Omnipresent Life blesses you every moment of every day. Live in the awareness of your Divine Life by going within in meditation each day. And so it is!
