Reading & Meditation by Rev. Christine 2/27/2022

Today I’m sharing with you from Divine Science Its Principle and Practice by Malinda Cramer and Fannie B. James.

When our life and behavior rise from a spiritual basis, we see life as something greater than a birth-and-death arrangement. We begin to think in terms of a spiritual universe, rather than of a material world; we think in terms of eternal life and the immortality of the individual soul. We then understand that since God is infinite perfection and creates perfection, we are all potentially perfect in Christ, the perfect pattern of MAN. As the soul’s evolution is realized in daily living, we begin to take on the likeness of the God-image within us. We begin to see that even during this period of gradual development, we are nevertheless innately perfect; our perfection is the spiritual truth of us, and we look up to this omnipresent and indwelling nature as our true being. “We have this treasure in earthen vessels.” 2 Cor. 4:7 Strict adherence to principle and faithful practice bring out what is potential within. We unfold the fullness of what is within us.

To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth.” John 18:37

Meditation on Love

We will now move into meditation. Take in a few deep breaths and relax. Let us now turn inward to our holy temple. As I speak to take these words in for yourself.

God alone is, God is manifested in an ever-present creation. All proceeds out of the infinite Presence. Therefore I am created from this same infinite Presence that is All. I am ever unfolding greater understanding of who and what I am. I am of pure spirit, Divine Substance made in the image and likeness of God. I am vitally alive in God’s love. (Repeat)

God’s love is everywhere present. This planet earth, is a creation of God’s love. Every living creature is a creation of God’s love. God’s love is all life, all life is God’s love in expression. All there is, is love, and love in expression; here, now, and everywhere. I live in a world of love. (Silence)

As we bring our attention back, let us give thanks for all we have received.
